Still Life Meditation offers affordable, non-religious meditation and mindfulness sessions for wellbeing for adults and teens in a relaxed and supportive environment. Sessions are held in and around Sunshine, in Melbourne’s West. See class details for locations. Lisa has practiced meditation since her teens and is dedicated to sharing its benefits, including calming an overactive mind, liking ourselves a bit more, feeling happier and more compassionate and connected to those around us. Her dream is to one day see meditation and mindfulness become part of the curriculum in every school in Australia.  Lisa is a Meditation Australia accredited practitioner.
